Child Health Clinic

We are offering appointment only clinics for people who are worried about their baby or child’s development and for those that need to see a health visitor. Please give us a call or email us. Depending on your needs you will receive phone support or been seen face to face. You can also find lots of information, advice and support on our website.

Infant feeding Clinic

Baby Massage – Referral Only

Baby massage is a 4 week course for parents where you can learn how to massage different parts of your baby’s body. Massage can help your baby with the symptoms of colic, aid digestion and regulate their sleep.

Developing Toddler

Ramble Club

Join us for Ramble club, our walk and talk group that runs across Torbay! This is the perfect way to make time for yourself, embrace nature, move your body, connect with your child and make new friends. The location of Ramble club will change each month to allow us to explore and see more of the beautiful scenery across the Bay.

Outdoor walking activity lasting approximately an hour and a half.

This month we are meeting outside The Boat House in Preston.

Triple P for Baby

Triple P for Baby offers practical information for expectant or new parents of babies under a year old. Parents attend four (2-hour) group sessions, where they’ll learn about understanding their baby and baby’s cues, understanding and building their new relationship with their baby, parental emotions and communication, and understanding the impact of baby’s arrival on their wider life.

The first four sessions are followed with four appointments delivered one-to-one, to support parents while they practise at home what we’ve discussed as a group.
