Doing It Differently Social Group – 11-17 Years. Saturdays 1.00pm-3.00pm at Chill’d Out, Torquay

These groups are open to any young people, even if they haven’t engaged with the Youth Service Before

This course will equip parents with skills and strategies to manage fussy eating from children ages 1-7 years old.

For families living in Brixham and Torquay only!

This will help:

• Enjoying mealtimes together as a family
• • Responsive feeding
• • Portion sizes
• • Cutting out grazing
• • Balancing food groups

Baby massage is a 4 week course for parents where you can learn how to massage different parts of your baby’s body. Massage can help your baby with the symptoms of colic, aid digestion and regulate their sleep.
