Baby massage is a 4 week course for parents where you can learn how to massage different parts of your baby’s body. Massage can help your baby with the symptoms of colic, aid digestion and regulate their sleep.
Come and join us for a wonderful walk around Cockington, Torquay.
We will meet at the Visitor Centre in Cockington Village.

Yoga Taster Sessions!
Action For Children’s Dragon’s Den have provided us the opportunity to run Yoga Taster Sessions!
These are drop in sessions, so no need to book.
These sessions are for children aged 1-4 years old, and will consist of a mixture of yoga, sensory play and relaxation.
We have 3 sessions:
25th July – 10:30am – 11:30am – The Beehive
8th August – 10:30am – 11:30am – St Edmunds
22nd August – 1:00pm – 2:00pm – The Barn
