Open to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Held every Sunday between 5th May – 15th September
You will find tales of old explained behind your favourite poses. Myths that mirror realities we find in our everyday lives. Igniting a conscious awareness & evolving the human psyche.
Each & every session will have a focus on your breathing. I intend to bring two different breath techniques to every session we teach. Each reducing everyday anxieties and nervousness.
Combine this with the rich and interrelated history of movement and dance in yoga ascribed to Gods and myths of the past and you will hopefully grove away with us triumphantly.
