Volunteer led group at The Barn: Lonely Mums and Dads Club
Being a parent/caregiver can feel a little lonely sometimes – especially if your partner works away, you’re new to the area or it’s your first child. Lonely mums and dads club is a relaxed, friendly and inclusive group where everyone is in the same boat – navigating the ups and downs of parenthood. It’s a safe, supportive space to meet other parents, share experiences and build new friendships.
Breastfeeding peer support is also available to anyone who’d like it.
All babies and toddlers are welcome – we just ask that parents keep a close eye on their little explorers to help keep our tiniest visitors safe.
Come as you are – tired, unsure, curious, or just in need of a chat.
