This is a support group for young parents – whether you are still waiting to meet your little one or if they have arrived.
This group is aimed at parents who are 25 and under – We meet every Monday 10-12 at the Beehive (except Bank Holidays) – Refreshments are available.
If a session is not running, we will inform you on Social Media.

An antenatal education session which focuses on breastfeeding for women, their partners, family and friends, everyone is welcome to come along.
This workshop will benefit mothers (birth partners welcome) considering breastfeeding their first baby, as well as experienced mothers who may have had problems breastfeeding previously, or may never had breastfed before.

How to find TREC:
From the Cadewell lane entrance to Torbay Hospital, take the first left then first left again over the speed ramps.
Follow the road and you will see the maternity unit on your right. Take the 2nd right, follow the road and the TREC/ Horizon centre are situated on your left. Walk past the horizon centre and TREC is the next building.
There are designated parking areas that are pay and display. The postcode is TQ2 7AA.

Baby massage is a 4 week course for parents where you can learn how to massage different parts of your baby’s body. Massage can help your baby with the symptoms of colic, aid digestion and regulate their sleep.

The Torbaby Solihull Antenatal group is a 6 week programme for expectant parents and their families. It covers topics that help to provide an understanding of pregnancy, labour, birth and your baby. The group is led by Health Visitors and Midwives and provides an opportunity to meet other expectant parents and families in a nurturing environment. Let us help you prepare for your new arrival and meet new friends in a warm and friendly place.
