    What is Connect 5?

    Connect 5 is an evidence-based training programme designed to promote mental health by changing the way we have conversations about mental wellbeing.
    It is comprised of three modules, each incremental in terms of skill development. Participants can attend 1, 2 or all 3 modules, but they must be completed in order (starting with Module 1).

      Would you like more information on when and how to start your baby on solid food? If so, come along to one of our drop in information sessions held each month at our Feed and Nurture Groups. A Community Nursery Nurse will be there with resources and to talk through the process. Please come along If you have any questions or worries about starting solids.

      Exceed is a Child Sexual Exploitation Service funded by The Office of Police and Commissioner to raise awareness to parents, carers, professionals and young people around the signs and risks of exploitation, part of our offer is this online programme for People across Torbay, Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall.

      Neurodiversity Parent Support Program - Autism and Anxiety 1

      Anaphylaxis Training (Epi-pen)

      This session will be delivered by a Health professional to refresh practitioner knowledge of managing children with allergic reactions.  This training is suitable for anyone working in childcare settings (teachers, mealtime assistants, kitchen staff, playground staff, transport staff)

      This session will help participants to recognise the early signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis and when/how to use an adrenalin auto-injector following the Anaphylaxis UK guidelines.  It will also look at allergen avoidance.

      This will take place via Microsoft Teams.

      In this session we will help you to understand how anxiety works, its impact and what triggers it.

      The session will look at anxiety and how the three areas of difference that affect autistic & neurodiverse children & young people can interact with anxiety.

      We will consider strategies that can help autistic and neurodiverse children and young people understand and manage their anxiety.

      This workshop takes place online.
