Bounce & Rhyme Wednesdays 11am at Torquay Library. A free event which encourages parents, grandparents, carers and guardians to meet at the library and spend time with others. Babies and adults join in with singing favourite nursery rhymes, using language and musical instruments plus sensory toys to help with their development.

Whether you’re expecting your first baby or caring for a newborn or toddler, the Feed and Nurture Groups at Best Start Family Hub- Torquay: St. Edmunds is here for you. These free, drop-in group offers a relaxed and supportive environment where you can get expert advice on infant feeding and meet other local families.
Our trained Infant Feeding Peer Supporters are on hand to offer friendly, non-judgmental guidance on all aspects of baby feeding—including breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and combination feeding. Whether you have questions, concerns, or just want reassurance, we’re here to help.
Parenting can feel overwhelming at times, but you’re not alone. This group is a great opportunity to meet other parents, share experiences, and build a supportive network in your local community.
