Talkworks

There is a team of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP) who deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside other therapeutic interventions. There are also online opportunities for wellbeing workshops such as: Stress less, Introduction to Mindfulness, Improving Sleep, Talkworks For Resilience and Wellbeing, Wellbeing in Pregnancy And Beyond. There is online self-help (available 24 hours a day) and live text-based therapy   On the website they have a video to describe their service aswell as access to a quick online self-referral system.  Otherwise you can contact them on 0300 555 3344 or online www.talkworks.dpt.nhs.uk.  On the section ‘How Can We Help’ there are Mental Health  resources, an A to Z of self-help leaflets as well as other websites and online resource.
