The sunflower does not provide priority access, queue jumping or special treatment. It is a voluntary way of indicating that a person may need additional support or understanding.

Anyone with a non-visible disability, condition or chronic illness who feels they would benefit from additional understanding, support or time. No diagnosis is required.
