Dimensions for Autism (DFA) is a not-for-profit organisation run by and for autistic adults in Devon. It provides peer support, information, social groups and online communities to help autistic adults connect with others, share experiences and build supportive networks.

Dimensions for Autism offers:

• In-person support groups across Devon, including Torbay, Exeter, Newton Abbot and Barnstaple
• Online support groups and discussion sessions through Discord
• An online community for autistic adults who cannot attend in-person groups
• Monthly community outings and social activities
• Peer support from other autistic adults
• Information and advice about autism and local support
• Support for people who are newly diagnosed
• A women’s group for autistic women
• An LGBTQ+ group for autistic adults
• A young adults’ group for autistic people aged 18 and over
• Information about the Devon and Cornwall Autism Card

The organisation provides opportunities to meet other autistic adults, reduce isolation and share experiences in a supportive environment.
