A friendly and informal space for carers of adults with autism to meet others in similar situations. It provides an opportunity to share experiences, access information and receive support from people who understand the challenges and rewards of caring for someone who is autistic.

The drop-in provides:

• Peer support from other carers of adults with autism
• A safe and welcoming environment to talk about caring experiences
• Information about local services, support and resources
• Opportunities to reduce isolation and build connections with other carers
• Advice and signposting to further support where needed

One-to-one appointments are available.
