The drop-in provides:

• Peer support from other carers of adults who have an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) without a learning disability
• A safe and welcoming environment to talk about caring experiences
• Information about local services, support and resources
• Opportunities to reduce isolation and build connections with other carers
• Advice and signposting to further support where needed

One-to-one appointments are available.
