The A.I.M.S Service offers:
- Pre-diagnosis and post-diagnosis support
- Mentoring for autistic people, people with ADHD and people with AuDHD
- Support to understand and manage social situations
- Help to develop coping strategies
- Opportunities to discuss and reflect on experiences
- Support to promote independence
- Signposting to advocacy services and other neurodiversity-friendly support
- Guidance for mainstream services and workplaces on supporting neurodivergent people
The service is a mentoring service rather than counselling or psychotherapy. Sessions are available fortnightly or monthly.

For autistic people, people with ADHD and people with AuDHD who would benefit from mentoring, guidance and support.
