We welcome self-referrals from parents, carers, and young people over the age of 16. If you would like to know more, please complete the contact box and one of our Family Group Conference coordinators will give you a call. You are not obliged to proceed if you feel that a Family Group Conference is not for you, at this time, once you have spoken to us.
