Please attend one of our Family Help Housing Surgeries running from family hubs across Torbay where you can speak to a Family Help Housing Officer.

We currently do not have a Benefits Adviser and are working towards alternative contacts.

People who have direct benefit enquiries should contact either their local Jobcentre’s or benefit teams directly or seek help from either Advising Torbay, Disability Support Torbay, or Bay Benefits dependant on their circumstances:
