Breakfast Club is open from 7:50am-8:40am, Monday to Friday, available to all children (Nursery through to Year 6). Children will be offered cereal, bagels, toast, milk and juice. Games and activities will be available. Breakfast Club is run by some of our Teaching Assistants. The cost is £3.00 per session. However, additional siblings and children eligible for free school meals will be charged at £2.00. There is no requirement to book – you can just turn up on the day.
We request that Breakfast Club payments are made in advance. If a pupil is to attend for the duration of the week, monies should be received before the start of that week or in exceptional circumstances if the pupil attending on an occasional basis, monies must be received on the day of attendance. It is accepted that on occasion, arrears may arise for various reasons. However, arrears cannot be allowed to accumulate above £15 and we regret children will not be able to attend this provision once this limit has been reached and until this has been cleared.
Our wrap-around style After School Club is open every day, straight after school until 4:30pm.
The club is open to all pupils, including Nursery and run by Mrs Herrera and Miss Rodger. The club will be based in the hall and children will be able to take part in different activities (e.g. games, colouring, crafts, watching a film, playing on the tablets or playing in the garden/outside). Children will be collected by a staff member from their class at the end of the day and taken to the club. The cost until 4:30pm is £5.00 per child per day and includes a snack and drink.
You will need to book on Arbor to secure your child’s place. You have the option to book individual days or for a week at a time. If you need an ad-hoc booking (e.g. running late or in the case of an emergency), you can book a session on the same day until 2:50pm. However, if it is after this time, please call the office and we can arrange this for you. You will only be charged for sessions that your child attends.
We request that payments are made in advance – you can do this by topping up your child’s After School Club account. If a pupil is to attend for the duration of a week, monies should be received before the start of that week or, if the pupil is attending on an occasional basis, monies must be received on the day of attendance, It is accepted that, on occasion, arrears may arise for various reasons. However, arrears cannot be allowed to accumulate above £25.00 and we regret children will not be able to attend once this limit has been reached and until this has been cleared.
Children should be collected promptly from the pedestrian gate at the end of the session. If you need to collect your child after 4pm or you are unable to get through to the office, you will need to ring the After School Club mobile (07444 025970) and a staff member will bring your child out to you. Children in Year 4 and above are able to walk home at the end of the session, but we must receive prior consent on Arbor.
