If your child or young person has Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) that are currently being met at SEND Support level without the need for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) 

• You need to apply for a school place.

If the process of an Educational, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment was started for your child or young person but no EHCP issued.

• You need to apply for a school place
• And, you need to contact the Torbay Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Team in relation to the EHC needs assessment

If your child or young person already has an Educational, Health and Care plan (EHCP) in place.

• You need to contact the Torbay Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Team for them to arrange an appropriate school place
