What to do if a child is causing concern in your setting:

Assess: First discuss the child with your colleagues and the parents/carers and start some assessment / observation together

Plan: Meet together and decide what to do to help the child

Do:  Carry out the plan of action together

Review:  Then meet again to check out how well the plan is working

Keep going with the cycle of support!
