Dads in Mind is a dad-specific support service run by Bluebell Care. The team have been supporting dads for over a decade through all aspects of perinatal mental ill health, including depression or anxiety, birth-related trauma, supporting their partner’s ill-health, or struggling to adapt to life with a baby. Their service includes one-to-one support over the phone, via text or online, as well as opportunities to meet face-to-face for those living close to their Bristol base.
