The teenage years are a time of huge change and learning and many of our young people find this a challenging and stressful time. If they don’t feel that fit in with their peers, have additional family stresses or generally find life difficult, they may find many unhealthy and unsafe ways to cope. In this session we look at early warning signs and ways to support our children when life feels tough. We will be looking at concerns such as self-harm and suicidal thoughts as well as self-care and healthier safe coping strategies.
