    What is Connect 5?

Connect 5 is an evidence-based training programme designed to promote mental health by changing the way we have conversations about mental wellbeing.
It is comprised of three modules, each incremental in terms of skill development. Participants can attend 1, 2 or all 3 modules, but they must be completed in order (starting with Module 1).

    What does Module 3 cover?

    • Self-help tools and life skills to motivate and support people in taking action to build and maintain their mental wellbeing.

Am I eligible for this course?

    • This course is only available to those aged 16 or above who are currently living, working and/or studying in Devon, Plymouth or Torbay.
    • Participants will need to access the course via Zoom on a device with a working microphone and camera. To ensure the wellbeing of everyone attending, all participants will be required to keep their camera on for the duration of the training.
    • This is an entry-level course; no previous training or experience is required.

    What happens next?

    • After booking your ticket, a place on the course will be reserved for you and you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite allowing you to add the event to your electronic calendar.
    • The day before your course, you will receive an email from training@petesdragons.org.uk containing the course workbook and Zoom link for your session. If you would benefit from receiving this email earlier, please let us know.
