Would you like a space to be calm and relaxed with your child?
A space designed for you to have some time focused on you and your child and your bond.
A space where you can share a session with your child and then enjoy a chat and meet other parents with a hot drink.
Come along and try a yoga session at the Family Hubs. Sessions are an hour and a half and run in 4 week blocks.
The dates for this group are:
at 12:30pm – 2pm and take place at St Edmunds, Victoria Park Road, Plainmoor, Torquay, TQ1 3QH.
