DESCRIPTION:The group will be run by the Torbay Portage Service and offers 
 parents and their children with special educational needs an opportunity t
 o attend a small toddler group.\n\nThe aims of the group are:\n\n 	To give
  parents opportunities to meet one another and the Portage Home Visitors a
 nd for staff to get to know families and children.\n 	For parents to be ab
 le to ask questions and share support ideas.\n 	For children to be able to
  experience accessible play and learning experiences within a small group.
 \n 	For staff members to share play and learning ideas to meet young child
