SUMMARY:Neurodiversity Parent Support Program - Transitions
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nIn this session we will help you to understand what we 
 mean by transitions and the range of transitions encountered by children a
 nd young people.\n\nWe explore the impact of transitions on the education 
 and wellbeing of autistic children and young people and the reasons they m
 ay require specific enhanced transition support.\n\nFinally we will discus
 s how to support autistic children and young people effectively with trans
 itions.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis workshop takes place online.\n\n\n\n\n
