  your partner works away\, you're new to the area or it's your first child
 . Lonely mums and dads club is a relaxed\, friendly and inclusive group wh
 ere everyone is in the same boat - navigating the ups and downs of parenth
 ood. It's a safe\, supportive space to meet other parents\, share experien
 ces and build new friendships.\n\nBreastfeeding peer support is also avail
 able to anyone who'd like it.\n\nAll babies and toddlers are welcome - we 
 just ask that parents keep a close eye on their little explorers to help k
 eep our tiniest visitors safe.\n\nCome as you are - tired\, unsure\, curio
